“When patterns are broken new worlds are born.” ~Tuli Kupferberg

Does anxiety feel like it rules your life? Feeling stuck in anxious thoughts or deep sadness? Like you’re watching the world move around you while you’re on the outside?

This group provides somatic and mindfulness based voice and movement techniques to shift stuck patterns. We’ll release patterns of stress and tension while feeling connected and resourced. You’ll become re-aquainted with your body and gain compassionate awareness of thought and behavioral patterns that exacerbate anxiety.

We’ll work with exercises to help you to regulate and better tolerate challenging emotions. We’ll share in group about our experiences, challenges, and growth. You’ll build community, laugh, and create new ways.

Appropriate for out-of-the-box thinkers who are ready to dig deep and connect in community.

The structure will be part somatic exercises/part processing. It will meet 4pm – 5:30pm on Mondays – two Mondays a month. There is an expectation of a commitment to participate in all sessions required (except in case of emergency).

The dates:

September 29th

October 13th and 27th

November 10th and 24th

December 8th and 15th

Consultation required for admittance. Each session is designed to supplement the work you are doing with your individual mental health practitioner.

Group size is kept very small.

Rate – $70/session ($140 billed at the top of each month)
