Here for Therapy?
The process of finding the right therapist can be a lot. I know. It’s important to find someone who will be a good fit for you. I prioritize creating a warm, safe space where you can explore your experiences, beliefs, thoughts and feelings without judgment. As a Mindfulness-Based Somatic Therapist, I’m here to help you cultivate a new relationship with your inner and outer world. I’ll be a good fit if you are open to working with sound, somatic awareness and exercises, Buddhist philosophies, shamanic and mindfulness practices, and curiosity. I understand that every journey is unique and this one is yours. I’m excited to walk alongside you on this path. You don’t have to stay stuck repeating patterns from the past and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we can unlock the path to a brighter future filled with wonder, clarity, hope, and the joy of being fully present.
If this interests you, I invite you to reach out for a free 20-minute consultation. I’m excited to be a part of your transformative journey.
Here for Voice Work?
Vocal empowerment allows your voice to become a powerful tool for transformation. If you’ve ever felt the grip of social anxiety, struggled with speaking blocks, or found yourself nervous in public settings, you’re not alone. Many people, of all walks of life and professions, face similar challenges. You might be recovering from surgery or a medical issue that has affected your voice, or your goal might be to enhance your vocal skills. Whatever your reason, this is a safe space to explore and reclaim your confidence.
Here, we embrace the body, mind, and spirit, integrating practices like yoga and mindfulness exercises to help you connect more deeply with yourself and your expression. We’ll work together to break through barriers and allow your true voice to shine. Think of this as an opportunity to engage with your breath, your body, and your unique essence—creating a dialogue between your inner self and the world around you.
I invite you to open up to the transformative possibilities that lie ahead. Through vocal coaching, dialogue coaching, or dialect coaching, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Let’s discover the power of your voice together.
